Refund requests should be sent to support@medicalcreatorhub.com with the email address used at checkout.
Who processes a refund
Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy, so any refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy rather than by this website directly.
The nature of the product
The Playbook is a digital file delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Refund rules for digital goods delivered instantly differ by jurisdiction, and statutory rights may apply regardless of what a policy states.

The sections above state only what is factually true of how this site and its checkout currently operate. The remaining terms — the refund window, the conditions under which a refund is granted, and any statutory digital-goods withdrawal rights that apply in your jurisdiction — have not been written and have deliberately not been invented.
